You'll need to be available that day to provide feedback as I work. While it IS a collaborative process, it is NOT a day-long zoom meeting.
Secure your date with a 50% deposit, or pay in full.
After booking your intensive, you'll receive a welcome email with your pre-work. The amount of pre-work depends on the services being provided.
All pre-work must be completed at least 1 week before the intensive date.
I'll review everything you share and send you a project plan before the work starts.
We will communicate through instant messaging, and I'll work on your project.
The remaining 50% payment is due at noon Eastern Time.
Once your Intensive is complete, I'll be available to you for 2 weeks via email so you can reach out if you find yourself confused or stuck on anything related to the work we accomplished. This includes 2 hours of post-intensive email support and adjustments within 14 days of your Intensive.
It’s important that you know that when you book an intensive, you are booking my time, undivided attention, and expert skills, NOT a set of deliverables.
Before your intensive, we’ll chat about your project wish list, and I’ll share my best estimate for how much I can get done during your VIP Intensive. Then on the day, since we’ve done all the pre-work ahead of time, I’ll jump straight into your highest priority tasks first and power through as much of your wish list as possible (fortunately I’m efficient and have streamlined my processes, so I can usually cover quite a bit).
Additional VIP Days and half days can be added or stacked to complete more complex projects or anything that cannot be finalized during our first day together.
Your availability, responsiveness, feedback, and decisiveness during your VIP Day will also impact what is accomplished during the experience.

As for what I work on, that depends on what you need. Before we get started we’ll make a “wish list” of things you’d like me to work on and we’ll set your priorities. I’ll start with your top tasks first, and since I work fast, we’ll likely tear through a lot of your other tasks too!
It’s important to note, when you book a VIP Intensive, you’re booking me for a specific period of time and not for a set of deliverables.
I am very good at what I do and I’ve created a streamlined and efficient system that allows us to achieve maximum results in minimum time.
Results are also heavily dependent on the client completing ALL pre-work before the intensive starts and being available to provide feedback quickly during the VIP Intensive.

You’ll receive 2 months of website hosting & maintenance if I host your site, 2 hours of minor tweaks within 7 days of your Intensive, and 2 months of email support for questions or tech support related to the work.
Your website will be built on WordPress, the most popular website builder. It’s self-hosted which allows more freedom and flexibility. There is no cost for WordPress.
I include 2 months of free hosting & maintenance with website projects. Of course, you don’t need to take advantage of this offer if you prefer to keep your current website host. Maintenance is only included if I provide hosting for your site.
The price for all website projects is divided into 2 payments.
We can arrange a payment plan if you sign up for 1 year of website hosting and maintenance with me before your VIP Intensive.
Domain Name: You can purchase your domain anywhere. I recommend Google Domains.
Website Hosting: I recommend Cloudways.
Website Maintenance: You (or someone you hire) will need to keep plugins and other software updated to prevent security issues.
Privacy Policy: If you collect email addresses, you’re legally required to have a privacy policy on your website. I recommend this privacy policy template from The Contract Shop (affiliate link). This is a one-time purchase.
You own the copyright to the website while I retain a license to showcase the work in my portfolio and marketing materials.
Yes, 2 months of maintenance are included with your website project if I host your site, and near the end of that time, we can discuss options for how I can continue to support you and your website.
No problem! Start with a Website Audit to have me do an in-depth review of your website & give you my professional recommendations for optimizations. Then, set up a VIP Intensive to tackle those updates.
When I go over your pre-work I’ll share if I think your goals are larger than the one 8-hour Intensive, and offer you some options depending on your needs.
If after our VIP Intensive you need further help, we can discuss booking in a 2nd full- or half-day Intensive.
